2. Understanding of health and safety legislation and duties of everyone in the motor vehicle environment. It will provide an appreci8ation of significant risks in the automotive environment and how to identify and deal with them. Once completed the learner will be able to identify hazards and evaluate and reduce risk.

1. Knowledge of safe procedures for the maintenance and repair of internal combustion engines, and identification of basic components and systems.
2. Application of diagnostic tests to assess engine performance and fuel consumption. Evaluation of results using specialized tests and procedures.

The aim of this course is to provide learners with the advanced theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise required to become highly skilled technicians in the field of automotive diagnostics. Learners will gain a deep understanding of complex diagnostic systems and cutting-edge technologies in modern vehicles, including internal combustion, hybrid, and fully electric powertrains. This course is designed to enable technicians to proficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair intricate vehicle systems, integrate advanced diagnostic tools and software, and apply sophisticated fault isolation strategies to resolve issues in both conventional and next-generation vehicle technologies.
The duration of the Assured Diploma is:
The technical seminar will cover the basic theory of the operation of the electronically controlled automatic transmission ZF / BMW E-60 series and the dismantling process of essential parts. Moreover, the usual wear and damage of the automatic transmission ZF / BMW E-60 series, will be discussed.
The gear engagement method and operation of Valve Body will be studied and explained. Basic diagnostic approach, assembly and evaluation procedure of the proper operation and condition.

The technical seminar will cover the basic technology of hybrid and electric cars, and the construction and operation of TESLA electric car.
Multiple deactivation procedures of hybrid vehicle, necessary before any repair in the workshop area, will be studied and practically applied.
